Web Design Project: NH Building Officials Association

Client: NH Building Officials Association, an organization in Concord, NH collaborating with local government in New Hampshire, offering expertise, and providing training programs for members in the building industry.

Challenge: To create a website that serves as an informational hub for NHBOA members, facilitates the sharing of resources among tradespeople, and highlights their monthly training programs and involvement with the NH community.

Solution: We developed a centralized website for training programs, industry resources, building code updates, and membership information. We also built an online membership application with integrated payment processing, allowing applicants to submit their information and pay remotely while NHBOA retains control over membership approvals.

NHBOA can now receive membership applications and payments online instead of handling everything through phone calls and manual processes. Staff can direct members to the website for training information, resources, store purchases, and membership applications or renewals. The result is less administrative work and a more convenient experience for members throughout New Hampshire.
