Web Design Project: Cross Farm

Client: Mesiti Development, the largest land developer in Londonderry, NH, focusing on large retirement community developments.

Challenge: To create three distinct websites for their major retirement communities: Schoolhouse Square, Hickory Woods, and Cross Farm. The websites needed to display real-time availability of available lots, as well as development status, and detailed information about community and home amenities.

Solution: We developed three custom websites for Schoolhouse Square, Hickory Woods, and Cross Farm. Each featured an interactive lot map showing current availability, with an easy way to manage updates through WordPress. We also worked closely with Mesiti on website design, content, and layout to make it easier for prospective buyers to explore each community and find the information they needed.

Results: Cross Farm, Hickory Woods, Schoolhouse Square
Every lot in all three developments was sold. Throughout the sales process, Aurora Tech remained part of Mesiti’s team, keeping lot availability, construction updates, and website content current. This gave prospective buyers reliable information while allowing Mesiti to focus on developing and selling its properties.
