Web Design Project: Hidden Gem Pet Resort

Client: Hidden Gem Pet Resort, a longstanding pet care facility in Methuen, Massachusetts, formerly known as Tee Emm’s Kennels, with roots dating back to 1952.

Challenge: Following a change in ownership, the business needed a complete transformation. The new owners wanted a fresh name, brand identity, and website that would distinguish the business, appeal to a new generation of pet owners, and communicate its wide range of services while building on decades of local recognition.

Solution: We worked with the owners to create the Hidden Gem Pet Resort brand from the ground up, including its name, visual identity, and website. The fun, welcoming design gives the business a distinct personality while showcasing its boarding, daycare, grooming, training, and events. The website also makes it easy for prospective customers to explore services and begin the registration process.
